PAYMENT
We expect to receive payment for the treatment you receive on the day that it is given. If large sums are involved we are happy to accept a regular payment of smaller amounts on condition that full payment has been received by the time you reach your last treatment session.

DEPOSITS
New Patients will be asked to pay a £20 deposit (which can be paid over the phone by credit/debit card) before an appointment can be booked.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment in cash or cheque. Cheques must be accompanied by a guarantee card. Any cheques that are returned to us by the bank will incur and additional £5 to cover administrative cost.
We also accept all major Credit Cards, Switch & Debit Cards. A bank charge of 1.25% for Credit Cards will be added to transactions. |

FINANCE FACILITY
Finance facilities are available at the practice for treatments costing over £500.00. Our staff will be pleased to discuss the details with you.

REGISTRATION & INSURANCE SCHEME
If you would prefer to pay on a fee-per-item basis, we strongly recommend that you use our Registration and Insurance Scheme. Registration with the practice costs £35 per year and will include the insurance cover described above (except Redundancy Protection). It is, however, conditional upon you attending the practice at least once a year for a check-up and having any remedial work undertaken as soon as possible, payment for which is not covered. |
